A song in my head
According to the wise lady at the junk drawer,the best way to get rid of a song stuck in your head is to give it to someone else.

A musician friend told me to 'sing' as loud as you can - in your thoughts - another, and common, song - his example was the American National Anthem, but probably anything else would work.
